THIS INSPECTION IS DESIGNED FOR THE HOME BUYERS WHO ARE HAVING A NEW HOME BUILT, BUT HAVE NOT TAKEN POSSESSION. IT WILL BE CONDUCTED AT OR NEAR THE TIME OF THE FINAL WALK-THRU.
